This review is about the coffee only: while the espresso itself was pretty balanced, the baristas need better training on how to steam microfoam (or put another way, better to train to Blue Bottle standards than to Starbucks…). Otherwise the people, space and food were great.

Recommended by someone and we have to thank the friend. It was amazing what a bagel and open sandwich can taste. First with the bagel pirates choice. Chose an Asiago bagel. Here is the filling sprouts, yes sprouts, hummus, cucumbers and tomatoes. And healthy amounts too. Simple melt in the mouth - never had a bagel taste like this. Other open sandwich was the avocado toast. Now everyone is serving avocado toasts these days but the toast was toasted to perfection, avocado fresh and the sunflower seeds were drenched in some Sort of dressing which made this just disappear in a an instant. If you want a snack or a breakfast or a light meal and in the area NOA should be one of the options for you. Nearly forgot to mention great seating and service.

I have no idea why this place doesn’t have 5 stars. The atmosphere is relaxed and bright with a good amount of seating and large, clean windows. Perfect for doing a little work or just having breakfast and people watching. The lattes were made perfectly, which is always impressive. The food was SO GOOD — we got both smoked salmon options and loved them. The staff was friendly and quick. We will definitely be back!

Haven’t tried their coffee yet, BUT we stumbled in hungry and ended up having a very pleasant experience. My friend and I both ordered smoothies and they were AMAZING. You can tell their ingredients were fresh and their staff were so lovely and sweet. One of the owners, Ryan, greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. He was so friendly and can’t wait to check out their other coffee shop by the beach. Highly recommend the sun beam.

I remember when the cafe was under construction . I finally had a chance to visit and I am glad I did! Very friendly service. I had the Upstream with an Asiago bagel with smoked salmon, pickled onion , avocado and chive cream cheese. Delicious ! The service really shined when I asked if they had chocolate croissants. I was offered a Nutella Croissant which is a croissant sliced with Nutella in the center. Strawberries are sliced and placed with it. Also delicious! The medium roast drip coffee was really good! Both my orders were brought to where I was sitting. The inside is nice with window and couch seating. Update: August 2025; The Cable Asiago Bagel Sandwich was delicious ! I am not a fan of blueberry muffins but the one I had was heated and served with a tasty butter . It washed down my coffee rather well! I was told they are on their third year. Congratulations ! I am going to recommend this cafe!

I have only ordered delivery so far but they have the absolute best gluten free bagel breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Literally feels like chewy bread. 10/10 Edit: Have visited in person and it’s such a vibe! Love the outdoor seating!

So my wife and I went here expecting a good coffee, left asking ourselves how we can move two states north to come here every day for the rest of our lives. Spoiler, iced late was amazing, but the smoked toasty stole the show. That micro green, oil laced, avocado base, chive cream cheese topped salmon piece of heaven deserves an award. (The bagel version I got was also divine). Please never stop serving that menu item. Protect it all costs. We will be back… hopefully soon.

One of the best coffees I had while I was in US! Also, their passionfruit tea is amazing! It is such a cozy place!
